The Parish Hall is a charity run by a small committee of volunteers, a number of whom were at the heart of the refurbishment project, for which they begged/borrowed funds, favours, whatever it took to get the job done, to re-establish the hall as a key asset for the parish residents.

The Parish Hall Committee continues to not only maintain the fabric of the hall, but also run fund-raising events - income from which goes straight back into supporting the hall. Ideally, we would run two events a year to raise funds but it's not always possible with such a small group of volunteers.

New volunteers are always welcome and, indeed, are essential to the continued life of the hall - offering new ideas for improvement, for fund-raising events, etc. Committee meetings are currently being held bi-monthly, with occasional short meetings being held ahead of Parish Hall fund-raising events.

If you are interested in getting involved with your community, bringing innovation and verve to the Parish Hall, please get in touch with us at ssqparishhall@gmail.com. Your community needs you!
